Who we are
These terms are an agreement between you and Evernera, which runs the Evernera cloud services.
Your account
Give us accurate details, keep your password and your two-step verification device safe, and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.
You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what people you share it with do.
Services and billing
Services are billed in advance for the cycle you choose when you order. Every invoice shows the price, the tax and the date it is due.
A service whose invoice stays unpaid after its due date may be suspended, and terminated if it stays unpaid.
Acceptable use
You agree to follow the acceptable use policy. A service that breaks it may be suspended.
Ending a service
You can cancel a service from your console at the end of its billing period. We may suspend or end a service for non-payment, for abuse, or when the law requires it, and tell you why when we can.
Liability
The limits of each side's liability will be set out here once the agreement has been reviewed.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page is the date the current version took effect.
