What we keep

- Your orders, invoices and payments.
- The support tickets and messages you send us.
- Technical records of how the service is used: sign-ins, addresses they came from and actions taken on your services.
Why we keep it
To run and bill for your services, keep them and your account secure, answer you when you write to us, and meet our legal obligations.
Who else sees it
Payment providers process your payments for us. The full list of the companies that process data on our behalf, and where they are, will be published here.
Your rights
